  • All-Pumps has been the leading source of industrial pumps and fluid handling equipment since 1972.

    We are currently looking to fill a Mechanical Engineer vacancy in our Augustine Heights team, this will be a full time position.

    Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification.

    Duties include:
    • Production Technical Support -
      - Provide technical support to the production team to resolve operational issues.
      - Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
      - Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process problems to minimize downtime.
    • Quality Assurance -
      - Ensure that production processes meet established quality standards and specifications.
      - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
      - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
    • Training and Development -
      - Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.
      - Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Documentation and Reporting -
      - Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, improvements, and quality control activities.
      - Prepare and present technical reports and production performance summaries.
      - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) -
      - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
      - Participate in HSE audits and risk assessments.
      - Promote safe work practices and a safe working environment.
    The successful applicants will be offered a remuneration between $76,515 - $85,000.
