About Allroads
Allroads is a Western Australian-based manufacturing and engineering business specialising in the design and build of heavy and road transport equipment. We support a broad range of customers across the transport and logistics industry, delivering high-quality, customised solutions backed by reliable service and strong industry knowledge.
As a growing business, we place a strong focus on accuracy, accountability and teamwork. This role is central to the smooth operation of our financial systems and provides valuable support to both daily operations and longer-term business planning.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and financial administration, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and up to date.
You will work closely with the Directors, Administration Team and our external accountant, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health and stability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and receivable, creditor payments, daily financial transactions and reconciliations. This includes maintaining accurate records, responding to account queries, processing weekly payroll, and completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Compliance & Reporting
The role includes processing and lodging BAS, managing STP reporting, superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and FBT compliance. You will complete month-end processes and prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other financial reports as required.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
You will assist with budgets and cashflow forecasts and provide ad-hoc financial and management reporting to support business decisions.
- Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
You'll liaise with internal team members, suppliers, customers and the external accountant, work closely with the Directors, and provide general support to the Administration Team as required.
About You
You'll bring previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable or financial administration, along with confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office. A solid understanding of payroll and statutory requirements is essential.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a busy environment. You communicate confidently and professionally, including when handling queries or sensitive conversations, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
What we Offer
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
Salary is $69,000 - $79,000 pro rata, depending on experience, plus superannuation in line with legislation. Annual leave and personal leave are accrued.
You'll receive a comprehensive handover and full training on our systems and processes, ensuring you are well supported from day one. This is a stable, long-term role offering genuine work-life balance, variety, and exposure to all aspects of the business's financial operations.
You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team with a good sense of humour, and have the opportunity to work closely with the Directors and contribute to business decision-making.
