We are now seeking a Property Manager; a pivotal role to ensuring excellence in the management of our existing rental portfolio.
The Role: Full Time (Mon-Fri + occasional weekend and after-hours as needed)
Property Management / Client Relations:- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, repairs, arrears, and tenant screening.
- Be the key contact for landlords and tenants, delivering clear communication and professional service.
- Provide accurate financial reporting to owners.
About You:- QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
- Proven experience in property management or leasing (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
- Target-driven with strong organisational skills.
- Confident with property software, CRMs, and digital tools.
- Local knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
