To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous Administration experience
Customer facing experience, with excellent customer service skills
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
A high standard of professionalism and personal presentation
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent organisation and time management skills
The ability to multi-task
Previous automotive industry experience is not essential, we're offering a thorough training plan with ongoing support and a fantastic career opportunity within the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Incoming Service booking calls
Email follow-ups
Phone / text reminders
Reception cover
Meeting & Greeting clients in showroom
This is a full time role working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes lunch. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
