    A vacancy has recently become available at Narrogin Toyota and Mazda for a Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor with proven experience who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity to lead our service team in our progressive and expanding dealership.

    This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to lead the team; with a dedicated service advisor and experienced technicians, along with managing GSI levels, profitability and costs and really take ownership of our service department. You must be innovative with an open and approachable manner, and be prepared to implement change to drive the business forward and ensure all Toyota and Mazda KPI's are achieved.

    • Have strong leadership skills with a positive can-do attitude
    • Can take initiative and problem solve
    • Mentor our Service Team to encourage a high level of employee engagement
    • Previous service management experience within an automotive dealership is essential
    • Previous Toyota or Mazda Dealership experience "A BONUS"!
