John Cole Toyota has been serving the Northern Queensland region for 40 years. We're a family owned and operated business and enjoy providing our customers with quality service in all areas of our dealership.
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Atherton.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all service-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service operations.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling service appointments and maintaining clear, timely communication with customers, providing accurate information on repairs, service times, and vehicle status.
You will act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure a seamless experience, handle customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently, process repair orders, invoicing, and manage payments and promote products and services, contributing to sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:- Strong customer service experience (automotive experience not essential)
- Confident, professional communicator who is comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers all day
- Resilient and level-headed - able to handle challenging conversations without losing composure
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up systems and processes
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Clean driving record and current Australian manual driver's licence
