Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operation across Springwood Used Cars, Springwood MG and Springwood Suzuki.
We are seeking an operator who wants to be involved with customers and structuring deals with our experienced sales team. This is a senior position for a proven sales leader who wants ownership of performance, people, and process within a stable, well supported dealership environment.
You will step into an established operation with strong enquiry flow, recognised brands, and the backing of Q Automotive Group, a family owned group with over 40 years of history. With MG and Suzuki in strong national growth phases, this role offers genuine scale and long term opportunity.
The Role:- Lead and develop the sales team across new and used vehicles
- Drive conversion, gross, and enquiry performance
- Embed disciplined sales process, CRM usage, and compliance
- Coach the team members to enhance and maintain performance
- Partner with marketing and senior leadership on growth opportunities
Candidate Profile:- Current Sales Manager or senior automotive Assistant Sales Manager
- Proven record, managing a high performing team
- Strong commercial and people leadership capability
- Process driven, calm, and accountable
- Seeking long term leadership progression
