Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, along with the passion and motivation needed to expand their success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct condition reports and final inspections
- Perform routine inspections of properties
- Attend open for inspections and private viewings
- Prepare for and attend VCAT cases
- Manage lease renewals and rent increases
- Process applications and conduct thorough checks
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare authorities and arrange necessary tradespeople for repairs
- Maintain accurate database entries and management
- Minimise tenant rental arrears
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to landlords and renters
- Handle telephone calls, including directing and screening
The successful candidate will have:- 2+ years of residential property management experience
- A positive attitude and strong enthusiasm
- High level of personal presentation
- Excellent time management skills
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
