    • About the role

    Landscape Elements is seeking enthusiastic Gardeners / Landscape Labourers/Gardeners to join our dynamic team in Balcatta, WA.

    This full-time role will involve assisting our experienced landscaping crew with a variety of tasks across commercial projects.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Undertaking general landscape duties
    • Assisting with the installation of plants, trees, and other landscape features
    • Carrying and moving landscaping materials and equipment
    • Participating in site preparation and clean-up
    • Following all safety protocols and procedures
    • Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality landscaping services
    What we're looking for:
    • At least 2 years' previous experience in a landscape/gardening role
    • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
    • A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
    • A Construction White card is required for this role.
    We are also seeking experienced Greenkeepers to join our team. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience and a construction white card.
