Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the business department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve sales and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Ideal Candidate:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment.
