Are you a relationship-driven sales professional looking to take the next step in your automotive career? Q Automotive is seeking an experienced Fleet Account Manager to join our high-performing team based in Brisbane Southside.
With a world-class pre-delivery centre, large stock holdings, and an established customer base, this is an outstanding opportunity to manage and grow a strong fleet portfolio with the backing of a supportive and experienced group.
About the Role
As a Fleet Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of fleet customers while identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
You'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer service, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets within a supportive, team-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and develop new and existing fleet customers to increase sales volume
- Retention and account management of an established customer portfolio
- Facilitate commercial body builds for clients that are fit for purpose to their fleet requirements
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver "best in town" customer service
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes
About You
You are a motivated, organised, and positive professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
You will have:- Proven experience in business-to-business sales and account management
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Full, current driver's licence
- Motor Salesperson Licence
- Fleet management, stock control, or administration (an advantage but not essential)
Prior experience with automotive brands including Ford, Isuzu, Toyota, MG, Chery, and Suzuki is desired.
