About the Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 150+ properties. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service while building strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a residential property portfolio end to end
- Building and maintaining positive landlord and tenant relationships
- Conducting routine and final inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing lease renewals and ensuring legislative compliance
- Working closely with a supportive and collaborative team
About You:- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Previous property management experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence (or willingness to obtain - training supported)
- Current driver's licence
- Organised, motivated, and able to manage priorities in a busy environment
