About the Role
As a Chef at Grand Pacific Group, you'll be instrumental in crafting exceptional dining experiences that align with our reputation for excellence. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious venues in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute menu items with precision and consistency
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Assist in food preparation and production
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient service
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates
What We are Looking For:- At least 2-year work experience in a similar position
- At least Certificate IV or Diploma degree in Commercial Cookery or other relevant field.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
