A rare opportunity has presented itself for a New Car Sales Trainee to be part of our highly skilled team in our high volume dealership.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- The ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role is ideal however full training is available for the right candidate
- Commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction
- The ability to study and retain detailed product information
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A current driver's license
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Ensuring customer service standards are met at all times;
- Working collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories;
- Achieving overall targets in terms of vehicle sales volume, gross profit, finance penetration, and customer experience metrics;
- Provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times;
- Representing Mazda Brand to the highest professional standards and in line with Artarmon Mazda values at all times.
We work in a dynamic environment and teamwork is critical.
An attractive remuneration package (aligned with experience) will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
