We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our team to help us deliver consistently high-quality culinary experiences.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Prepare ingredients in reference to recipe.
Cook dishes at highest standard utilising various kitchen equipment.
Store food appropriately in fridge and/or freezer.
Present the dishes with the right portion, sauce and garnish as per the recipe.
A sound knowledge of dietary requirement and cook food accordingly.
Assist with staff training if required.
Discuss with the management team on food preparation and seasonal menu planning.
Demonstrate a keen Interest in growing food trends and techniques.
The minimum work experience/qualification for this position are:
At least one year of work experience and a relevant qualification are desired.
