Due to growth we are currently looking for reliable and hard working Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our parts department at Leongatha Toyota.
Your key duties will include the delivery of exceptional customer service primarily through the effective, accurate and timely interpretation of parts for both internal and external customers.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in a medium sized automotive dealership or Automotive Parts Sales / Quoting / Online experience, and is ready to take on new challenges.
You will be able to demonstrate:- Excellent communication skills
- Computer software knowledge/experience in relation to Parts Department including ERA (Reynolds & Reynolds)
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for:- Phone and retail counter servicing
- Internal workshop supply
- Accuracy in quoting
- Handling pre-delivery requirements
- Liaising between panel shops & mechanical workshops
