    We are currently seeking experienced applicants for the following positions to join our team in Wedgefield, working across Regional Western Australia (Pilbara / Port Hedland region):
    • Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitter
    • Road Traffic Controller
    • Earthmoving Plant Operator
    • Truck Driver (General)
    • Excavator Operator
    The Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitter is responsible for fitting, assembling, installing, and modifying motor vehicle parts and accessories to manufacturer and client specifications. The role supports light vehicles, 4WD fleet vehicles, and heavy vehicles operating in civil, mining, and regional environments. Applicants must have a minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in vehicle accessory fitting or similar trade.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Fit and install vehicle accessories including bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, canopies, trays, and toolboxes
    • Install lighting systems, dual battery systems, UHF radios, reversing cameras, and other electrical accessories
    • Assemble and fit suspension upgrades and underbody protection components
    • Modify vehicle trays and mounting systems to suit operational requirements
    • Install mine-spec and site-compliant vehicle safety equipment
    • Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturer specifications
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet safety and compliance standards
    • Diagnose and rectify fitting issues or component misalignment
    • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
    • Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
    • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
    The Road Traffic Controller is responsible for the safe and effective control of vehicle and pedestrian traffic through, around, or past construction and maintenance work sites. The role ensures the protection of workers, road users, and the general public by implementing approved traffic management plans in accordance with Western Australian road safety regulations. Applicants must have a minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience with a strong understanding of road safety and traffic control procedures with a current WA Traffic Controller accreditation.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Control and direct traffic using stop/slow bats and approved signalling devices
    • Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
    • Set up, reposition, and dismantle signage, cones, barriers, and traffic control devices
    • Ensure safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and plant equipment
    • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members via radio
    • Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as required
    • Identify hazards and take immediate corrective action
    • Maintain safe exclusion zones around active work areas
    • Complete site documentation and safety records
    • Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
    • Work flexible hours including night shifts and weekend work as required
    The Earthmoving Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of heavy earthmoving equipment used in civil construction, mining, infrastructure, and maintenance projects. The role involves operating machinery such as loaders, bulldozers, graders, rollers, backhoes, and articulated dump trucks to carry out bulk earthworks, road construction, site preparation, and rehabilitation works. Applicants must have a minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving plants, with demonstrated competency across multiple plant types.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate earthmoving plant including loaders, bulldozers, graders, rollers, and articulated dump trucks
    • Perform bulk earthworks, site cuts and fills, and land clearing
    • Construct and maintain haul roads and access tracks
    • Spread, level, and compact materials to specified tolerances
    • Trim and shape surfaces in accordance with engineering plans
    • Load and move soil, gravel, rock, and other materials
    • Work safely around underground and overhead services
    • Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine servicing of machinery
    • Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
    • Interpret site drawings, survey marks, and project specifications
    • Maintain compliance with site safety management systems and SWMS
    • Work collaboratively with supervisors, surveyors, and other operators
    • Maintain environmental controls including erosion and sediment management
    The Truck Driver (General) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles to transport materials, plant, equipment, and supplies to and from civil construction, mining, and infrastructure project sites in regional Western Australia.

    The role requires strict adherence to road transport legislation, fatigue management requirements, and workplace health and safety procedures. Applicants must hold a Valid Australian HR, HC or MC Driver's Licence and have a minimum 2-3 years' experience operating heavy vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate heavy rigid (HR), heavy combination (HC), or multi-combination (MC) vehicles
    • Transport construction materials including sand, gravel, rock, and equipment
    • Perform pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections
    • Ensure loads are correctly restrained in accordance with WA Load Restraint Guidelines
    • Complete delivery documentation, logbooks, and transport records
    • Comply with fatigue management regulations and work/rest requirements
    • Adhere to road transport laws and site-specific traffic management plans
    • Coordinate with supervisors, plant operators, and logistics personnel
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks
    • Report mechanical faults, incidents, or hazards immediately
    • Follow company safety systems and SWMS at all times
    • Operate in remote and regional environments as required
    The Excavator Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic excavators and associated earthmoving equipment to perform excavation, trenching, bulk earthworks, and material handling activities. The role supports civil, mining, infrastructure, and maintenance projects in regional Western Australia and requires a high level of skill, safety awareness, and compliance with site and statutory requirements. Applicants must have a minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience operating excavators, with demonstrated competency in bulk and detailed excavation

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate hydraulic excavators (various sizes) for bulk and detailed earthworks
    • Conduct trenching for underground services including water, sewer, drainage, and electrical
    • Perform final trim and batter work to engineering specifications
    • Load trucks with excavated material and manage spoil placement
    • Excavate around live services using safe digging practices
    • Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and set-out information
    • Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance
    • Identify and report mechanical faults or safety issues
    • Work in compliance with site safety management systems and SWMS
    • Maintain high housekeeping and environmental standards on site
    • Coordinate with supervisors, spotters, and other plant operators
    • Ensure adherence to fatigue management and heavy vehicle regulations where applicable
    A salary between $77,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
