Netstar Australia Pty Ltd seek an Instrument and Control Service Technician to join their team in Macquarie Park, NSW.
Key responsibilities include:- Advising customers and colleagues of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions with Netstar manufactured electronic instruments and control systems' products;
- Examination and testing of all Netstar electronic instruments and control systems to identify faults;
- Installation and maintenance of all Netstar electronic instruments and control systems according to procedure and standards set by the Company;
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis and ensuring satisfaction regarding the control systems for their motor vehicle fleets.
- Quality Control on all products relating to Tracking Department with reference to electronic instruments and control systems.
- Repair electronic instruments and control systems or co-ordinate the ordering of functional stock and consumables to replace faulty stock;
- Updating information and referencing on job cards and improving procedures were deemed necessary to ensure the effective operation of electronic instruments and control systems manufactured by Netstar
To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant AQF Certificate III and two years of relevant employment experience OR at least three years of relevant employment experience.
This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $77,000 - $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
