Canobolas Caravan & Marine is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to become the vital link between our customers and our workshop team. If you excel in a dynamic workplace, have exceptional organisational skills, and delight in delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be the heartbeat of our service department; coordinating bookings, supporting technicians, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless service experience from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:- Be the first point of contact for service and repair enquiries
- Schedule workshop bookings and manage daily workflow
- Prepare job cards and track jobs through to completion
- Keep customers informed on progress, costs, and timelines
- Process warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers
- Prepare invoices (labour, parts, and sublet repairs)
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records
What We're Looking For:- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid administration and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Experience in automotive, RV, marine, or Service Advisor roles (highly regarded but not essential)
- Mechanical or industry knowledge (an advantage, not a requirement)
