NTT Data Business Solutions Australia are looking for a Consultant, Supply Chain Solutions (ICT Business Analyst: SAP) to join our team in Melbourne.

The main function of the Consultant: SAP is to identify and communicate with users to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions.
Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities are noted below:- Technical Support: Provide proactive support to customers in the following SAP business processes:
- Order-to-Cash
- Procure-to-Pay
- Plan-to-Manufacture
- Receive-to-Ship
- Acquire-to-Retire - Maintain a proactive oversight of customer requests in those Products throughout the lifecycle, using project management methodologies and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage system and software solution projects.
- Incident Management: Receive, analyse and resolve support tickets by deploying functional solutions within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs), which ensures acceptable quality and integrity of systems. Prioritise and respond to escalations, ensuring timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Integrations, Enhancements and Customisations: Collaborate with the development and integration teams to design, test and implement customisations, enhancements and ensure seamless integration of supply chain modules and clear system specifications. Ensure design and development of system software adheres to best practices and does not compromise system stability.
- Product Ownership: Define and maintain the products in scope of SAP's Supply Chain Solutions incorporating relevant on-prem, public, private cloud and SaaS offerings and provide support and guidance in the project decision making process.
- Continuous Improvement: Consult with clients and programmers to proactively identify and design opportunities for efficiency gains, system functionality improvements and automation across Supply Chain Products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with users to understand the evolving needs of our customer base and recommend adjustments to NTT DATA's solutions to meet these business requirements.
To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least two years of relevant post qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience.
