    As part of our Culture of Excellence initiative, we are seeking three Customer Experience Consultants to join our City Service team. This is not a traditional "Service Advisor" role - this is a frontline customer experience position focused on communication, organisation and delivering on promises.

    About the Role

    As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring their experience is smooth, transparent and professional from arrival through to vehicle handover.

    You will play a key role in:
    • Greeting customers promptly on arrival (driveway and front counter)
    • Managing customer updates throughout the day
    • Coordinating service progress communication
    • Preparing invoices and explaining completed work
    • Delivering a professional and confident final handover experience
    This role sits at the heart of our customer journey and is critical to achieving our high Customer Experience (CX) standards.

    Working Hours:
    • Rotating roster:
      - 7:30am - 4:00pm
      - 8:30am - 5:00pm
    • Full-time positions (flexibility considered for the right candidates)
    What We're Looking For

    We are open to both experienced automotive advisors and candidates from strong customer service backgrounds such as:
    • Hospitality
    • Retail
    • Customer service environments
    • Front-of-house roles
    You do not need automotive experience - we will train the right people.

    Salary & Benefits:
