    Heartland Motors is launching a modern automotive retail experience store inside a major North-West shopping centre - representing at least two leading vehicle brands.

    This is not a traditional dealership role. This is retail meets automotive, focused on delivering quality customer experience.

    If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior sales leader in high-performance retail (technology, telco, electronics, lifestyle) and you know how to drive KPIs, coach teams and deliver premium customer experiences - we want to talk to you.

    About the Role

    As Retail Experience Manager, you will:
    • Lead a retail automotive store, delivering excellent customer experience
    • Drive sales performance across two leading brands
    • Coach and develop a small team of Retail Consultants
    • Own the customer journey from first interaction to delivery, nurturing customers
    • Manage pipeline, follow-up and conversion performance
    • Work closely with our dealership operations to close sales
    This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front - engaging customers, nurturing leads and winning opportunities.
