  • Aquatic Leisure Technologies is currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Junior Accountant to join our team in Jandakot.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and management reports that provide clear insight into ALT's manufacturing and distribution performance.
    • Analyse production costs, operating expenses, and revenue trends to identify efficiencies and support informed business decisions.
    • Prepare and lodge BAS, GST, and FBT returns, ensuring full compliance with Australian taxation legislation and statutory requirements.
    • Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support inventory planning and sustainable business growth.
    • Maintain and enhance ERP systems, including MYOB Advanced, contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support and maintain internal control processes to safeguard inventory, fixed assets, and company resources.
    • Liaise with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to support accurate financial reporting and compliance obligations.
    • Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist management with operational planning and capital expenditure decisions.
    What You'll Bring:
    • Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or CA progress (or strong intention to commence) is highly regarded.
    • Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar accounting role, with strong exposure to reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounts processing.
    • Technical Capability: Proficiency in MYOB Advanced or comparable ERP systems, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
    • Communication & Collaboration: Confidence in working with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly to internal stakeholders.
    A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + super will be offered to the successful applicant.
