Seasons Investments Operations Pty Ltd oversees a multi-store retail network operating under the Seasons IGA brand. With a strong operational footprint across head office and stores, we are focused on excellence in retail standards, financial performance, and organisational growth.
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead administration, financial oversight, operational processes, and corporate governance across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, this is a senior leadership position responsible for the effective and efficient management of head office and store administration functions across approximately 120 employees.
You will drive operational excellence, oversee budgeting and reporting, strengthen internal systems and procedures, and foster a high-performance organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership:- Lead and manage the corporate administration team
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning
- Coordinate operations across head office and retail stores
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Financial Management & Reporting:- Develop and implement budget strategies
- Analyse and report on monthly store performance data
- Assist with month-end and financial year-end processes
- Oversee financial reporting and internal auditing
Process & Governance:- Develop, implement and maintain corporate procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OH&S standards
- Maintain operational systems and documentation
- Represent the organisation at retail conferences when required
Analysis & Performance Optimisation:- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports for executive review
- Provide insights and recommendations to maximise efficiency
- Monitor organisational resource allocation
About You
You will need to be a commercially astute and detail-oriented leader with a deep understanding of retail finance and corporate administration. You will thrive on structure, process optimisation and performance improvement.
You will need to demonstrate:- Strong leadership and team development capability
- High-level coordination and organisational skills
- Strategic thinking with operational execution
- Integrity, diligence and accountability
- Minimum 5 years' management experience leading teams
- Extensive experience in financial budgeting and reporting
- Strong administration and operational leadership background
- Experience within a major retail organisation (e.g. Woolworths Group, Coles Group or IGA network)
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Administration or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience using Smart Retail, ABCIS, MYOB and BuRPS systems will be highly regarded.
