The Q Automotive Group is a family owned company and has been established for over 30 years, consisting of Ford, Suzuki, MG, Isuzu & Toyota franchises, with locations at Capalaba, Tingalpa, Ipswich, Springwood, Mansfield, Beenleigh, Emerald, Townsville & Lismore.
We're currently looking for an experienced Bookings Clerk to join our Q Ford team in Springwood.
It's important that you have the following:- Proven customer relations skills both in person and over telephone
- Attention to detail and good administrative skills
- A stable work history
- A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair
- The ability to work in a team environment
- A commitment to building a successful career
- A working knowledge of the Reynolds system
You'll become an important link between our customers and service department, ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all levels! Dealing with service enquiries and bookings will also mean you'll need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
