An exciting opportunity now exists for an ambitious Assistant New Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Heartland Hyundai, Kings Park.

About the Role
This is a key leadership position within our New Vehicle Sales Department. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in driving performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring targets are not only met - but exceeded.
You'll be responsible for:- Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Assisting with stock management and campaign execution
- Driving internet and digital sales enquiries
- Leading from the front on the showroom floor
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
- Coaching and developing Sales Consultants to maximise performance
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:- Proven success in automotive vehicle sales
- Strong closing skills and confidence negotiating deals
- Experience with internet and digital lead management
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead by example
- Initiative, resilience and a strong work ethic
