We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Aftermarket Consultant to join our high-performing New & Used Vehicle sales team.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be rewarded for their performance. If you bring the drive and positive attitude - we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
About the Role
As a Trainee Aftermarket Consultant, you'll work with customers who have just purchased their vehicle, introducing them to a premium range of protection and lifestyle products designed to enhance their ownership experience.
You'll learn how to confidently present and sell products including:- Ceramic paint protection
- Fabric & leather interior protection
- Window tinting
- Rust protection
- Dash cameras
- Scratch & dent memberships
- Accessory upgrades
You will also:- Prepare warranty and compliance documentation
- Conduct quality control checks
- Maintain accurate reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with our sales and delivery teams
Full product and sales training will be provided - including ongoing mentoring and coaching.
