    Your Role:

    We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to drive sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is a remote role with flexible hours (35-50 hours per week), plus occasional on-call support. High performers have the opportunity for future profit-share participation as the business grows.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Provide product advice and quotations
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
    • Proactively contact tradespeople to introduce and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and assist them through the sign-up process
    • Pay supplier invoices and ensure timely processing
    • Collaborate with our suppliers, logistics, and support teams
    • Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
    • Support other internal teams with ad-hoc tasks as required
    • Day-to-day running of the business
    Requirements:
    • Own ABN (Australian Business Number) or Tax File Number Options
    • Fluent, professional English skills - both spoken and written
    • High attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Proven reliability and ability to work independently
    • Strong sales and customer service experience (renovation or hardware sector a plus)
    • Comfortable with technology, online platforms, such as Shopify
    • Able to work remotely in a quiet and professional environment
    • Proven track record in running a business or part of it. Hitting targets and deadlines, increasing profits in a business
