Our customers include DIYers, tradies, and homeowners - and we guide them every step of the way.
Your Role:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to drive sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is a remote role with flexible hours (35-50 hours per week), plus occasional on-call support. High performers have the opportunity for future profit-share participation as the business grows.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product advice and quotations
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Proactively contact tradespeople to introduce and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and assist them through the sign-up process
- Pay supplier invoices and ensure timely processing
- Collaborate with our suppliers, logistics, and support teams
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
- Support other internal teams with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Day-to-day running of the business
Requirements:- Own ABN (Australian Business Number) or Tax File Number Options
- Fluent, professional English skills - both spoken and written
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently
- Strong sales and customer service experience (renovation or hardware sector a plus)
- Comfortable with technology, online platforms, such as Shopify
- Able to work remotely in a quiet and professional environment
- Proven track record in running a business or part of it. Hitting targets and deadlines, increasing profits in a business
