Remuneration between $76,515 - $110,000

Established in 1971, Duncan Smash Repairs has been providing quality smash repairs, air conditioning re-gassing and vehicle servicing to drivers throughout the Narrabri area.
We are currently looking to fill the positions of Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Mechanic, and Estimator/Insurance Loss Adjuster in our Narrabri, NSW team.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, the below skills and attributes are also essential.
Panel beaters:- Experience as a panel beater in smash repair work
- Replace accident damaged parts
- Ability to replace welded damaged panels
- Able to repair damaged panels with minimal filler
- Welding experience
- Understanding of manufacture repair methods
- Drivers licence
Spray painters:- Experience as an Automotive spray painter
- Able to mix colours using computer and paint code
- Ability to adjust colours to match
- Able to do small spot repairs as well as larger jobs
- Experience with water based paint
- Able to work unsupervised
- Drivers licence
Estimators/Insurance Loss Adjustors - accident damaged cars:- Minimum of two years experience estimating accident damaged cars for insurance companies
- Trade background as either a panel beater, spray painter or mechanic
- Professional outlook on work and appearance
- Customer service experience
- Ability to negotiate with insurers
- Understanding of manufacture repair methods
- Excellent time management skills
Mechanics - light motor vehicle:- Service technician experience
- Under chassis, brakes, steering and suspension experience
- Basic auto electrical
- Ability to perform diagnostics
- Air conditioning experience an advantage
A remuneration package between $76,515 - $110,000 will be available to the successful candidates.
