We're now seeking a part time Service Receptionist to join our busy team in Epping. If you love interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity - no prior automotive experience required.
You will need to demonstrate:- Previous customer service or receptionist experience (any industry)
- Automotive industry / dealership experience highly regarded
- A friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems (Pentana ERA highly regarded)
- Great organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
- A team player attitude and willingness to learn
- A valid driver's licence
As part of our frontline Service Department team, your responsibilities will include:- Greet customers warmly and manage check-ins at our Service Department
- Answer phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with service bookings and appointment scheduling
- Provide updates to customers on their vehicle status
- Process invoices and support daily admin tasks
- Work closely with our Service Advisors and workshop team to ensure smooth operations
This is a part time role working Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm and all day Saturday (optional).
