Integra Fire Solutions is an Australian owned and operated company that has been providing specialised fire protection services since 2016. We provide specialised fire protection services centred on pre-engineered mobile fire suppression systems, including installation, inspection, service, and long-term maintenance for F3 and similar mobile equipment suppression technologies.
As a Fire Protection Technician based in Perth, Western Australia, you'll be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems and equipment across commercial, industrial, and resource-sector sites. This role ensures all fire safety systems comply with Australian Standards and workplace safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance of fire protection systems in accordance with AS 1851 and other relevant Australian Standards.
- Inspect and service fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, blankets and other portable fire protection equipment.
- Install fire protection systems and components, including suppression systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; perform routine repairs to maintain operational integrity.
- Complete accurate compliance reports, documentation and digital job records.
- Liaise with clients, site managers and team members professionally.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Skills & Experience:- At least 2+ years' experience in fire protection inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance or equipment installation.
- Solid understanding of relevant standards such as AS 1851 (routine servicing) and AS 5062 (mobile fire suppression, if applicable).
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your workload and deliver quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A salary of $76,515 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
