We have an opening for a qualified Property Manager to join our dynamic team and assist in the day to day running of our growing Portfolio.
We are a 30+ year business with an emphasis on a great working environment. You will be a self-starter with initiative and a passion for the Real Estate Industry. You will possess not only the ability but the enjoyment of running a portfolio on your own but offer superior customer service to your valued clients and landlords.

Have excellent attention to detail.
Have a 'can-do' attitude with a proactive, solution focused approach.
Have a minimum of 2 years property management experience. (Assistance can be provided)
Small portfolio of 80 properties with room to grow, with bonuses paid
The successful applicant will present with the following skills and attributes:
Hold a current WA PM registration
Ability to work in accordance with the 'Residential Tenancies Act'.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Current WA driver's license
Demonstrate a high level of skill with Microsoft Office and an ability to use web-based programs efficiently.
Knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end process of Property Management.
Competent with Property Tree.
