Exodrill Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) Technician to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations, you will support the breakdown, inspection, assembly and pressure testing of various PCE & surface manifold equipment (SME) components. This hands-on role involves operating heavy machinery, performing pressure testing, conducting mechanical labour, and ensuring high-quality inspection outcomes. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strict adherence to health and safety protocols are essential.
The role is based out of Bibra Lake, WA with potential away work opportunities, supporting teams in various locations across Australia (Karratha WA, Broome WA, Sale VIC, Toowoomba QLD, Roma QLD, Darwin NT, Moomba SA).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections in accordance with customer and manufacturer standards
- Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Execute Visual and Ultrasonic Inspections
- Generate detailed inspection reports
- Conduct hydrostatic pressure testing
- Redress and service PCE and SME
- Perform equipment function testing
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:- Australian working rights
- Valid C-Class driver's licence
- Forklift Licence
- Physical ability to perform manual and strenuous tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Proven punctuality and reliability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Understanding of WH&S, ISO 9001, and ISO 17025 standards
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
ISO 9712 Level II Certification in:- Penetrant Testing
- Ultrasonic Testing
- Eddy Current Testing
- Magnetic Particle Testing
