About the Role
As the Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Working in a fast-paced workshop environment, you will manage service bookings, communicate with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the servicing process.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
