An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Advisor / Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Mike Blewitt Group - Coffs Coast.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. This will involve:- Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld.
- Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner
- Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer
- Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing
- Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement.
- Impeccable presentation
