We are launching a modern retail experience store inside a major shopping centre - representing at least two leading brands.
The store will be focused on delivering quality customer experience.
We're looking for a sales team who love engaging customers and winning along the way. All training will be provided.
The Role
As a Retail Assistant / Sales Trainee, you will:- Approach and engage shopping centre customers
- Identify needs and recommend the right product solutions
- Showcase products and educate customers
- Nurture and follow up leads
- Book and confirm appointments
- Follow up and convert opportunities into sales
- Deliver an outstanding, modern customer experience
You will be selling high-value products in a consultative environment - with strong support and structured training, in a brand-new store fit-out.
Training will be provided across the entire process to set you up for success.
