Due to a significant increase in enquiry and the expansion of our used vehicle operations, Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast is seeking motivated New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for people who enjoy working with customers, are motivated to succeed, and want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Selling from an exciting range of new and used vehicles, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs
Building strong relationships with new and returning customers
Managing enquiries and following up leads
Working as part of a supportive and high-performing team
Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
Previous vehicle sales experience is not required. We provide excellent training, ongoing support, and strong leadership to help you succeed.
You will need to demonstrate:
Some previous sales / retail experience (from any industry)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Motivation to achieve results
Ability to work in a team environment
Current driver's licence
