Sydney City Volkswagen is seeking a motivated Stock Controller to join our New and Used Vehicle dealership in Botany.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent time management and organisational skills
Initiative and high attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining product knowledge
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
A current Australian Driver's Licence
Experience with Titan Motor Industry DMS systems (preferred)
Previous Automotive industry experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Allocating and tracking vehicle stock
Completing factory reporting across multiple manufacturers
Managing dealer swaps from negotiation through to completion
Maintaining stock pipeline reporting
Updating vehicle models and pricing within the DMS
Liaising with financiers and completing floorplan reporting
Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
Communicating with stakeholders across the dealership group
Supporting process improvements within the team and dealership operations
Assisting with facets of Vehicle Registration and learning the registration role for leave coverage
