About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll manage a residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Preparing Residential Leases and Management Agreements
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Managing insurance claims
- Bond processing and administration
- Handling SACAT matters when required
- Bank reconciliation and rental trust accounting
- End of month procedures and reporting
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:- Current SA Property Manager Licence
- Current SA Driver's Licence
- Proven experience within the property management industry
- Proficient knowledge of industry systems including PropertyMe, Tenant Options, Bonds Online, and Office 365
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ideally You Will Also Have:- Business development experience
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A strong client-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
