We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic leader to join our team as Area Manager - East. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team and drive profitable growth across the Eastern States, translating corporate strategy into operational excellence.
Your new role
Reporting to the Regional Manager - East, you will:- Lead and mentor teams across sales, service, and operations
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans tailored to the Eastern region
- Own regional P&L, financial metrics, and operational KPIs
- Foster a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance
- Influence across functions to ensure seamless coordination of technical, financial, and operational priorities
This is a hands-on leadership role with a mix of strategic planning, commercial management, and people development, requiring approximately 25-35% travel across the region.
What you will need to succeed:- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Science, or a strong trade background
- Proven experience in matrix organisations with cross-functional leadership
- Track record of connecting strategic goals to operational outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
