We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic to join our team at Endgame Performance Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, honest, and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing top-quality mechanical service across a variety of cars, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:- Carrying out high-quality servicing on all makes and models of cars, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles.
- Inspecting vehicles to identify faults and ensuring proper functionality.
- Performing Safety and Vehicle checks
- Installing custom performance upgrades to enhance power, towing capacity, fuel efficiency, and off-road capability.
- Assessing and modifying suspension systems to optimise load management, ride comfort, and handling for everyday and specialised off-road use.
- Mentoring and training apprentices in repair, maintenance, and diagnostic techniques.
- Managing workshop activities in the absence of owners to maintain smooth operations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of workshop processes, practices, and efficiency.
- Performing other support tasks to assist the team and maintain business operations.
Applicants must have:- Certificate IV in a relevant field with at least 1 year of full time experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, or at least 3 years of full time experience in lieu of a qualification.
- Valid driver's licence
- Competent experience in carrying out mechanical fault diagnostics and repairs.
- Experience in major mechanical repairs.
- Experience working on 4WD vehicles.

A salary of $76,515 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
