With a strong reputation for reliability and service, we are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support our operations, customer service, and production coordination functions.

    About the Role

    This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day administration of our manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in coordinating customer orders, production scheduling, and supplier communication, while ensuring data accuracy across our systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Process customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    • Manage and maintain EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions with key customers
    • Coordinate local and interstate freight bookings
    • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
    • Generate invoices, dispatch paperwork, and shipping documentation
    • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records within the ERP system
    • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative duties
    • Support continuous improvement of administrative and system processes
    About You:
    • Previous experience in an administrative role within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP systems) (highly regarded)
    • Exposure to EDI systems and integration processes (highly regarded)
    • Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    Employment Conditions:
    • This role is classified under the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020
    • Classification level: Level 3-4 (depending on experience and capability)
    • Standard hours: 38 hours per week
