    We require an Office Manager to join our team in Greater Sydney, NSW.

    The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of the office administration aspect of our business, which includes the establishment of the business to achieve commercial viability. The Office Manager will oversee the work of administrative personnel and manage the administrative requirements of our business including office supplies, workspace management, and occupational health and safety issues within the office space.

    Foundational management functions include:
    • Planning: Involves setting objectives and determining the steps to achieve them.
    • Organizing: Arranging and structuring work and resources to accomplish the organization's goals. This includes organizing office and workshop space, staff, and workflows.
    • Leading/Directing: Guiding, motivating, and coordinating staff to carry out their tasks effectively.
    • Controlling: Monitoring progress, evaluating performance, and implementing adjustments to ensure goals are met.
    Essential operational elements include:
    • Staffing and Training: Ensuring the right people are in place, onboarding new employees, and providing training and development opportunities.
    • Resource Management: Optimizing the use of all resources, including budgets, supplies, and equipment.
    • Workflow and Process Management: Creating efficient systems, establishing routines, and streamlining operations to reduce errors and improve productivity.
    • Technology Implementation: Utilizing software and tools to enhance efficiency, such as project management solutions, cloud-based systems, and automation for repetitive tasks.
    • Communication: Fostering clear and consistent communication among staff, leadership, and other departments.
    • Space and Facilities Management: Organizing and maintaining a functional, safe, and productive physical office environment.
    • Employee Well-being: Creating a positive workplace culture that supports employee health, wellness, and work-life balance.
    To be considered you will need a relevant qualification commensurate with a diploma level or higher qualification and at least three years of post-qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant experience in office management.

    This is a full time role, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $78,000 - $85,000 per annum will be offered to the successful candidate.
