    About the Role

    We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Systems Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our growing team based in Parramatta. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives on solving complex technical issues and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    As a key escalation point within the Service Desk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining system performance, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide second-line technical support for escalated incidents across the organisation
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues efficiently and professionally
    • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
      - Exchange Online
      - Intune
      - Teams
      - SharePoint
      - OneDrive
      - Entra ID (identity & access management)
    • Administer and support other core IT services (Proofpoint, SentinelOne, etc.)
    • Perform system maintenance, updates, and continuous improvements
    • Deliver on-site support (at least one day per week on rotation)
    • Collaborate with Service Desk and senior IT staff to meet SLAs
    • Ensure clear communication with end users and stakeholders
    About You

    You're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership and continuously learning. You're confident handling escalations and working both independently and as part of a small team.

    Skills & Experience Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Cert IV in Information Technology (or related field)
    • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
    • CCNA certification (or higher)
    • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or higher
    • Previous experience supporting a Microsoft 365 environment
    • Valid driver's licence
    • Full Australian working rights
