Club Services Ipswich (CSI) - The No.1 Entertainment Venue in Ipswich boasting bars, restaurants, function rooms, gaming rooms and much more are currently seeking skilled Chefs and Cooks to join our team.
These are full time roles based at our North Ipswich location, working a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, WHS, and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure quality control, cost control, and timely product delivery
- Collaborate with the catering team and report directly to the Catering Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas
- Assist in menu planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in a high-pressure, high-volume kitchen and hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or an equivalent qualification).
You will also bring:- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently perform at a high standard
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards, WHS requirements, and cost-control principles
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence

A salary of $75,000 - $79,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
