    MR Cabinets is a growing, family-run manufacturing business based in Western Australia. We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial cabinetry and are investing heavily in advanced machinery and production systems to support our next stage of growth.

    We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator.

    The Role

    You'll be responsible for operating and optimising our CNC machinery to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output across a range of projects.

    You'll work closely with our production team and play a key role in improving workflows, reducing waste, and maintaining consistent quality.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for cabinet production
    • Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
    • Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and adjustments
    • Ensure precision cutting of a range of materials
    • Identify and troubleshoot machining issues
    • Maintain machine performance and complete routine maintenance
    • Work collaboratively with factory and install teams
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies
    About You

    We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands production - not just machines.

    You will have:
    • At least 3 years' proven experience as a CNC Operator in manufacturing
    • Experience with wood machining, metal machining or fabrication highly regarded
    • Ability to read drawings and understand machining processes
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
