  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing across Prestige Automotive Group and Mike Blewitt Group.

    This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for shaping and executing the group's marketing strategy across a multi-brand portfolio. You will deliver high-impact campaigns, premium customer experiences, and strategic partnerships that drive performance, while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all dealerships.

    You will work across a diverse portfolio including Porsche Centre Gold Coast, Land Rover Gold Coast, BYD Gold Coast & Burleigh, Denza Gold Coast, Mike Blewitt Ford, Coffs Coast Kia, Coffs Coast Isuzu Ute, BYD Coffs Coast, TJM Coffs Coast and Coastal Car Co.

    This is not a purely strategic role. You will be expected to be hands-on in execution.

    About the Role

    As Group Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands, with responsibilities including:

    Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies across a multi-brand portfolio
    • Align all activity with OEM requirements and national campaigns
    • Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on performance and ROI
    Campaigns & Execution:
    • Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, and in-dealership channels
    • Oversee model launches, retail campaigns, and brand activations
    • Brief and manage high level campaigns, ensuring a consistently high standard
    Events, Partnerships & Experiences:
    • Plan and execute premium customer events, including launches, drive experiences, and activations
    • Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and contra agreements
    • Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable value and align with brand objectives
    Digital & Performance Marketing:
    • Oversee all digital, social media, and online marketing activity
    • Manage paid media strategy across Meta and Google
    • Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimisation
    Stakeholder & Team Management:
    • Work closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers and department managers
    • Act as the key marketing liaison with OEMs and head office teams
    • Lead and mentor a team of two Marketing Coordinators
    Reporting & Insights:
    • Provide regular reporting and performance insights to senior management
    • Track campaign, event and digital performance
    • Prepare and present annual marketing plans and strategic recommendations
    About You:
    • Proven experience in a senior marketing role (automotive or premium brands highly regarded)
    • Strong expertise across digital, social and event marketing
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver campaigns and events end-to-end
    • Experience managing multiple brands or multi-site or dealership environment is highly desirable
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior leadership
    • Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
    • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team
    • Ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced environment
