Are you a high-performing automotive salesperson who knows how to close deals and build lasting customer relationships? We're looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-paced dealership group in Sydney.
This is your opportunity to work with one of the region's largest and most respected multi-franchise automotive operations, backed by strong stock supply, high enquiry levels, and a supportive management team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process across a diverse range of quality pre-owned vehicles, delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers both in-person and via digital channels
- Qualify leads and match customers with the right pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
- Work collaboratively with finance and aftersales departments
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:- Proven track record in automotive sales (pre-owned experience highly regarded)
- Strong closing skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional presentation and customer-first approach
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Current and valid driver's licence
