We're searching for an Accountant who is ready to step up, take ownership, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and are eager to mentor junior team members, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:- Preparing and reviewing financial statements & reports for a variety of clients
- Leading compliance, tax planning & advisory services
- Managing client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts & cash flow analysis
- Providing mentorship & guidance to junior accountants
- Supporting audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive business growth & innovation
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in public practice accounting
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong technical expertise in accounting standards & tax compliance
- Proficiency in Xero & XPM
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities & deliver results
