Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact in our sales department, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and well looked after from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers on arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Assist customers in the showroom and directing enquiries.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department.
- Maintain an organised reception area that reflects our dealership's professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications and Experience:- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (automotive experience highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn dealership systems quickly.
